Why it was recalled
Young's Seafood is recalling its Gastro 2 Lemon & Pepper Fish Fillets because the seasoning contains mustard that is not mentioned on the label. Mustard is one of the less famous of the fourteen regulated allergens, but reactions to it can be serious, and seasoned coatings are a common place for it to hide.
A lemon and pepper crumb gives no hint of mustard, so shoppers with the allergy had no way to protect themselves from this product.
