Update 3 – All sales of Orgenism Eggshell Membrane Capsules are recalled because of contamination with Salmonella linked to illness

Orgenism has escalated its recall of Eggshell Membrane Capsules to cover all sales, after Salmonella in the product was linked to actual human illness. This third update also names additional online marketplaces where the capsules were sold.
The strain involved is unusually serious: it produces ESBL enzymes and resists several antibiotics, making infections harder to treat.
