TJ Morris Ltd recalls Milka Hazelnut, Milka Whole Nut and Milka Oreo Brownie chocolate bars because allergens are not declared in English on the label
Why it was recalled
TJ Morris is recalling three Milka chocolate bars sold at Home Bargains, the Hazelnut, Whole Nut and Oreo Brownie varieties, because the packs on sale carry no English-language allergen declarations. The bars contain milk, hazelnuts, soya and wheat.
These are parallel-imported products: genuine Milka bars, but packaged for another market and sold without the UK-compliant labelling that allergic shoppers depend on. Between them the bars cover four major allergen groups, including coeliac-relevant gluten.

What you should do
If you have bought the above products and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents, an allergy to hazelnuts, (nuts), and/or soya, and/or an allergy or intolerance to wheat or gluten, or with coeliac disease, do not eat them. Instead contact the customer careline at [email protected], or alternatively, return them to the Home Bargain store from where they were bought for a full refund.
