Nutricia recalls Cow & Gate and Aptamil Muesli 10+ months products because they contain pieces of apple stalks
Why it was recalled
Nutricia is recalling Cow & Gate and Aptamil Muesli products because some packs have been found to contain pieces of apple stalks. The presence of the apple stalks presents a choking hazard to babies making these products unsafe to eat.

What you should do
If you have bought the above products do not feed them to your baby. Instead, return them to the store from where they were bought, with or without a receipt, for a full refund. Nutricia is recalling the above products. Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling these products. These notices explain to customers why these products are being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought these products. Please see the attached notice.
