Food Alert "For Action": To: Food Businesses and Consumers who have purchased and sold frozen products supplied by Inarah’s Frozen Foods Ltd
Why it was recalled
The FSA has issued its most serious type of alert, a Food Alert for Action, covering all frozen products from Inarah's Frozen Foods Ltd, sold under the Inarah's Frozen Food, Inarah's Fine Food and New York Crispy brands. The company has been unable to show that its products were made and handled safely, so everything it supplied, chicken, beef, fish and vegetarian lines alike, is being pulled from the market.
A Food Alert for Action means local authorities are being asked to enforce the withdrawal, a step beyond an ordinary recall, and the products were supplied to food businesses across the UK.

We are asking enforcement authorities to ensure that businesses who have received the affected products take action to ensure that these products are withdrawn from the market and, where there have been retail sales, recalled.
