Why it was recalled
The FSA has widened its Food Alert for Action on Dubai-style chocolate, adding more products and more allergens to the alert covering Noesis, Fix it and Le Damas branded bars. These products contain peanuts and other nuts, including almonds, cashews and walnuts, without proper declaration.
A Food Alert for Action is the FSA's strongest instrument, used here because these imported viral products moved through informal retail channels, sweet shops, markets and online sellers, largely outside the standard recall machinery.

What you should do
If you have an allergy to peanuts or other types of nuts, don’t buy these products, and if you have bought them, don't eat them, especially if you have a peanut or nut allergy. Dispose of the products at home and get in touch with your local Trading Standards in Great Britain or Environmental Health Officers in Northern Ireland, to let them know where you purchased them.
