Dr Zak’s recalls a further batch of Barn Farmed Liquid Egg White because salmonella has been found in the product
Why it was recalled
Dr Zak’s is recalling an additional batch of Barn Farmed Liquid Egg White because further testing has identified salmonella in another batch of the product (Lot number 18163BN2A).
Dr Zak’s is also recalling further batches as a precautionary measure.
This updates the previous Product Recall Information Notice issued on 17/09/2018 which related to a single batch of Barn Farmed Liquid Egg White (Lot number:18180BN2A).

Action taken by the business
Dr Zak’s is recalling the above product. Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling the product. These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product. Please see the attached notice.
